Searches may be undertaken in a variety of circumstances, with common objectives being to identify subject matter that may be relevant to the outcome of a possible patent, trademark or design application, or to identify rights that might be infringed by activities a client may be wishing to start.
We offer a wide variety of patent and trademark search services.
Illustrative services offered by us include invention novelty searches, patent infringement searches, trademark availability searches, and trademark and/or patent “watch” services. We advise on the strategy to be employed according to the contents of the search, and search strategies can be designed based on the client’s own special needs.
